Stress management among students of universities

At what age students have the most stress? Young parents say children under school age have the most stress. They leave their parents for the first time and have many reasons to be afraid. Say, elderly parents, college students have the most stress, which just entered adolescence. Still others point to the high school time of great stress. Most agree, however, that the stresses of university life are very large.

Stress management among students in universities is a matter of hit-or-miss. Some universities offer elective courses in stress management calendar, but students often do not have time to participate. If they have time, they lack interest.
